Recycled Market Development Zone Loans

This program is for businesses located in an RMDZ zone which use recycled raw materials in their manufacturing or have a way to significantly reduce manufacturing waste.

Loans can be used for leasehold improvements, to purchase recycled raw materials and inventory, or to acquire real estate with a maximum value of $500,000. The loans are for up to 75% of a project, with a maximum $2 million.

Recycled Market Development Marketing and Manufacturing Assistance

The RMDZ program will also help companies which use recycled materials or divert materials from the waste stream to market their products, find input sources, improve manufacturing processes, and other management assistance. Visit the Recycle Store for examples of businesses using this program.
