Their Level 1 consulting is free and includes:
- An initial appointment at your facility to:
- Listen, gather information, understand issues and exchange ideas
- Off-site work session to research issues, talk to colleagues, document findings and prepare a report with recommendations and tools
- On-site delivery of the report with recommendations, tools and supporting materials
- Self-implementation by the customer with a follow-up by the SMA team members. The followup leads into the continuous improvement process.
This service is valued at $8,000 and is paid by federal funding.
